Upgrade WebTop to release 5.9.3

Required modifications:

  • Build release 5.9.3

To release with #6241

  • Check new WebTop5 release has been loaded

  • Upgrade an existing installation
  • Check new WebTop5 release has been loaded

I've not encountered bug. Labels are now ok and all feature / bug seems to work fine.

Only the external accounts seems to have some problems. If enabled login and logout become really slow. We should investigate on it. I think that for the moment we shouldn't share this setting.

@federicoballarini I was unable to replicate the problem you reported.
However, I agree to investigate better if you can replicate the problem systematically.
In any case, the feature of external accounts we thought to release it in "beta" and disabled by default.

Some problems emerged in the trial phase.
Waiting for Sonicle to publish a new release with related notes with bug issues

Repeated test cases 1 and 2 also with this release without having problems.
