Currently webtop5-webdav and webtop5-zpush use PHP 7.2.

But PHP 7.2 SCL is in EOL since Novembre 2020, see https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/rhscl-rhel7

Proposed solution

Update existing pages and switch to PHP 7.3.
