Update Nextcloud release to 27.0.1

Requirements are satisfied.

Nextcloud 27 should be the latest major release for NS7 since it's EOL on June 2024.
Also Nextcloud 28 will require PHP 8.1 which is not currently available on NS7.

Test case 1 with AD: verified
Test case 2 with AD: verified

Note: into the Overview page, the new Nextcloud version suggests an update for the PHP version used (PHP80 via SCL) because it's EOL.
