The types of Temperature & TopP are ints but need to take floats

First of all, thank you very much for developing this library and making it available to all.

Now, the types of Temperature & TopP fields in CompletionCreateOptions are declared as int? yet the documentation itself of those fields (in the library) says that they should/could take values like 0.1 or 0.9. This agrees with the official OpenAI docs too, btw.

There seems to be an error here in the choice of type but the error could well be mine. Please explain.
