Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
jnml has the -netpyne option to convert a LEMS sim to NetPyNE format. Pynml has a function that can run a simulation using netpyne via jnml also, but not a command line option. It'll be good to add one for consistency.

Describe the solution you'd like
