Added the models from the previous project for the following resources:
Department
Computer
Employee
Computer-Employee
Employee-Training
TrainingProgram
Please go to the branch sw-models and pull it down. Check out the model code and make sure it is what we want to use and that everything is there and in the correct place!.
I also added the boilerplate database seed table to the main project folder.
