  * Made the CLI help message slightly more helpful & accurate.
  * Some more sanity checks around memory handling
  * Added verbose & quiet flags to both the CLI & the API. Switched
  verbose off by default.
  * Fixed potential issues with large font sizes by clamping to
  mathematically safe values.
  * Untested proper handling of Kobo Mark 7 devices, and the Kindle
  Oasis 2.
    * This generally required a re-vamping of how we handle the
interaction with the eink driver. We now properly identify Kindle &
Kobo models across their full lineup, and do the right thing based
on that. That includes a few minor tweaks to what we actually do
    on a few specific models.
  * When requesting a flashing update, verbose mode will log the exact
amount of time the kernel blocked while waiting for it to complete.
