  * Discard bogus empty or near-empty regions to avoid softlocks
    i.e., fbink '' no longer faceplants the kernel
  * Make the KOA2 codepath more KOA2-y (now that I have data to compare
    it to ;))
  * Make centering put thing in the actual center of the screen, by
    doing a whole bunch of subcell positioning adjustments.
