* Handle linefeeds properly (by, well, switching to the nextline when
one is encountered).
This is mainly useful when you tail a few lines of log at the
commandline utility ;).
* Fix passing multiple multiline prints to the commandline utility (they
won't clobber each other anymore)
* Better padding handling (when not used in cunjunction with centering)
* Handle legacy Kindle devices (einkfb & 4bpp support)
* Allow enforcing the font size, instead of relying on the resolution
dependent automagic setting
* Fix potential issues with multiline prints due to a bad interaction
between reusing the same buffer & UTF-8 handling...
(once and for all, this time)
* Fix a nasty buffer overflow in glyph scaling code
* And, finally, as the name of this release promised,
bundle a few Unscii variants, allowing you to choose one
of them to render your messages instead of the default IBM font ;).
