Scans document and looks for the articles that contains a specific class name "z_1p4ow-s_n_" and when its found it deletes the parent element Function looks for the word "Sponsored" and builds it from small pieces and if it is a match then removes parent container.
Open chrome extensions > turn on developer mode > click Load unpacked > select containing folder.
