This repository contains HL7 FHIR R4 compliant profiles and related conformance materials for the information standard Patient Corrections (Dossierwijzigingsverzoek).
This repository is maintained by the Dutch National Institute for ICT in Healthcare (Nictiz).
Stable versions will be released using the FHIR package mechanism on Simplifier.

This repository has a dependency on the R4 nl-core package. The information standard is inspired by and re-uses some materials from the international HL7 Patient Corrections Implementation Guide.
