Raw ACR Phantom PET data | ||
************************ | ||
The PET data of two 30 minute acquisitions of the American College of Radiology (ACR) Jaszczak Deluxe Flangeless ECT phantom (with a modified faceplate for PET) were acquired at the `King's College London & Guy's and St Thomas' PET Centre <http://www.sthpetcentre.org.uk/>`_. The raw list PET data, including synthetic and MR-based (UTE) |mu|-maps, as well as templates for generating sampling volumes of interest, phantom structural and PET NAC registration templates are freely available at **Zenodo** repository (click the DOI link to download the data) :cite:`Markiewicz2021b`: | ||

Scientific aspects of NiftyPET | ||
------------------------------ | ||
The core routines are written in CUDA C and embedded in Python C extensions to enable user-friendly and high-throughput executions on NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPU). The scientific aspects of this software platform are covered in two open-access publications: | ||
