Output of the IAP Fixes aliases like the .SLCI6RF command from vZLC.

I attempted to start getting the base logic down for this but the CIFP appears to be extremely variable when it comes to the naming of their procedures. One moment D=VOR/DME... the next it is LDA... the next it is NDB... Other times N is an NDB. The LDA/DME is sometimes called "LDA". And that is only some of the issues. I correct for a lot of these issues but given the inconsistency, I am not even sure those corrections are 100% correct.

Then there are a ton of missing procedures from this data. For example: PHJR is missing the NDB RWY 4R data.

In my random internet browsing I found the following GitHub repos. I wanted to document them for future reference, though I don't foresee this helping a lot. I have messed around with the pyAvTools one a little bit and it seems to only get/parse apt, runway, navaid, and routes located inside the CIFP file not the actual IAP.
