docs: proofread requester-producer flow and mina pipeline

Docs: review and proofreading of the Proof Market documentation, Requester/Producer workflow and Mina example section with all its pages.

Should include:

• proofread for Requester/Producer workflow and Mina pipeline example pages, fixed inaccuracies and added the needed cross-links - part of Proofread the existing Proof Market documentation #66
• updated CLI commands formatting to more convenient style
• bid/ask -> request/proposal rename – part of Update PMT readme and PM docs to support the terminology change #63
• proof key updates from Short keys don't match long ones in proof_tools.py CLI #69 and Added eth address to signup & minor fixes #77

TODO:

• rename guides-1 folder and set up redirects for its pages
