* Install from a deb package * Run everything in Docker. It's a safe option for learning about zkLLVM, although in real CI/CD workflows apps can be built in other environments. Resolve #1

* Install zkllvm from a deb package. * Keep other dependencies required for building template project, but remove those required for building zkLLVM from source. * Run everything in Docker. It's a safe option for learning about zkLLVM, although in real CI/CD workflows apps can be built in other environments. Resolve #1
