zkLLVM can now be installed as a deb package

* Run everything in Docker.
  It's a safe option for learning about zkLLVM, although in real CI/CD workflows
  apps can be built in other environments.

  but remove those required for building zkLLVM from source.
* Run everything in Docker.
  It's a safe option for learning about zkLLVM, although in real CI/CD workflows
