- Other - Jim prep reading before meeting with Jan tomorrow.
- Diaper - started working on PR773. Sent questions to Chase.
- LoL - committed a solution to 2 issues, which I am proud of; PR528
- LoL - received a code review for PR527 and found more problems(!) which I will need to address next week.
- Other - received email feedback from the organiser of the ReactJS workshop next Thursday on what I should prepare to get an introduction to React.
- CRUD - created presence validation helper and troubleshooted REST issue.
- CRUD - met Rob at Codebar and pushed all the TDD work we had been doing on the cooks form and validation.
- LoL - got Paul's go-ahead on issue 476 and structure
- Other - watched 1hour+ of Jim Weirich talks on Youtube
- CRUD - made changes suggested in Rob's code review and updated spec test after receiving his Slack feedback.
- Other - planned Jim Weirich talk structure. Planned to do 30mins research for the talk everyday for the next 4 days and organise interviews with Rubyists who knew him. Will feedback to Jan about my proposed talk structure when I meet him on Saturday morning and will also discuss what I've learnt about him through watching his conference talks and reading about him online.
- Diaper - read through Chase's next steps document and sent clarification questions.
- Diaper - refactored code on Diaper PR773
- Diaper - read Rails validation docs
- CRUD - sorted out my git history. Note to self: commit on the go from now on!
- CRUD - wrote test for cooks from validation and sent to Rob seeking feedback.
- LoL - chose issue 476 to complete during the week.
- Diaperbase - paired with Chase on PR773. We discovered what we need to do next to complete the issue. I have some code I need to send to him before our next session on Saturday.
- Diaper - wrote draft code Chase and I agreed about.
