style: community users, tags, leaderboard and removed tippy from sidebar

Fixes Issue

Closes #65

Changes proposed

1. Removed tippy from the sidebar as it displays the same name as the sidebars themselves.
2. Changed the text color to white in dark mode and black in the white mode of 'no tags yet' of the user's profile.
3. Fixed community user profile cards that are not centered and ensured all user profile images maintain the proper aspect ratio.
4. Extra Changes made :
   a. Fixed leaderboard user images that are not in the proper aspect ratio and made all the leaderboard contents responsive.
   b. Fixed the tags that are not centered and aligned them properly.
