Partition images generated by make_ext4fs have all files end up in lost+found

As the title says, stage 2 init isn't found which results in a crash.

Interestingly enough, the rootfs which is on the device and in the Nix store (via the full disk image) has all files in lost+found. It seems something went wrong during building.

outputs.generatedFilesystems.rootfs inside the Mobile NixOS config has all files in lost+found. Reproducible with ExpidusOS/genesis@8fb56c8 using nixosConfigurations.pine64-pinephone.

I tried building the image upstream and this isn't a problem upstream. Seems like something is up with Flakes which causes this or that I am on a different commit of nixos-unstable?
