Discussed in the Nix Documentation Team meeting.

Since the Pills have always been heavily leaning towards explanation, a possible route would be to clean out the reference, tutorial, and recipe aspects (making sure that information exists in the right places) and focus fully on the "Nixpkgs from first principles" approach.
