This PR adds headers to the sidebar for the "Recipes", "Reference", and "Contributing" sections. It also brings the materials that unambiguously fall into those categories to the top level so that they are visible without needing to expand a dropdown menu. Creating a section header for tutorials is left to a later PR as there are unanswered questions regarding how to organize the tutorials to reduce visual clutter when making that change.
This PR also adds external links to the Nixpkgs manual, NixOS manual, and Nix Reference Manual. Linking to Nix Pills is intentionally ommitted as it it's not clear which documentation category Nix Pills as a whole would belong to, and it is likely to big to belong to any one category regardless.
