Originally was incorrectly filed here: NixOS/nixos-search#136.

The options.json.br fails to load in Firefox and Chromium.

It looks like channels.nix.org has the CORS headers, but releases.nixos.org doesn't. So the redirect happens, and I can even see the second request was actually 200, but blocked for CORS.

I think this is now fixed (or irrelevant) with #454. please reopen if this is not the case.
