The result of adding these steps to the build would look like the following screenshot:
I found the CI workflow the best place to add these additional steps. However, I noticed we didn't used to build the project in CI despite the steps to cache the build artefacts. So an additional build step was necessary and that's adding 45 mins. The other steps take trivial time.
Additionally remove the workflow for producing binaries which we don't use.
