is there a way to add ProtonMail? #39

Please try |
Thanks for your speedy reply! I created an entry using your link. The result is the following: Clicking on a mailto-Link I get redirected to ProtonMail (where I have to login even though I'm logged in in another tab) – videlicet to my inbox, not to the compose-button having lost the recipient-address :( Maybe it'll work in the future … |
My pleasure @retoter Please try emailing their support team with this email template:

Any news about this ? |
Interested in this too. |
I'll be making a webext version. I need the communities help to reach out to the services they want support for. I'll build the extension but please help me get in touch with ProtonMail etc to get their link. Please share with us once you do. It is very tough to develop and also deal with 3rd party services. So please help me community so I can focus on the development. :) |
All right, I'll give you a hand. What information do you need from protonmail to run the Firefox extension? Compatible with FF 57 I imagine... |
@Noitidart Any update on this? |
I just made a request at protonmail … I'll let you guys know ASAP. |
Reply after one day from ProtonMail Support: Currently, "Wildcard Compose URLs" are not working with ProtonMail and you have to log in to your ProtonMail account upon clicking on them if you are using a web browser for your ProtonMail account. |
What the heck. What year will it be when this is fixed? |
Bump |
I suspect Protonmail will need to fix this. On my OS X machine, I modified the file |
Back from PM's forums. It seems to be in the same state there - it's been suggested and lies dormant since a few years. If you are PM users I suggest you vote: https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-feedback then search |
Oh, I should have mentioned I fixed this issue by installing an extension on Brave called ProtonMail (unofficial) 1.9.0 |
