Messages are not properly evaluated

In version 7, a configuration of <!here> $BUILD_JOB_NAME #$BUILD_NAME has failed would result in a message in Slack of @here integration-test #389 has failed. In version 8, it now results in "$BUILD_PIPELINE_NAME #$BUILD_NAME has been deployed". This would appear to be an issue with escaping of the message when it is processed.

@nebhale I think you've already discovered this, but https://github.com/cloudfoundry-community/slack-notification-resource is more actively maintained than this repo.
