Don't count blocked cards against WIP

Hi,

Magnificent job on this plugin - THANK YOU!

I'd love if there was a way to not count blocked cards against the list's WIP. Whether based on the custom "Blocked" field or any other custom field.

I tried forking the project and just adding .not(".blocked-card") to the relevant function in tdom.js - but I can't seem to make my Chrome load the local version of the plugin (even without changing it won't run, beats me why).

Nonetheless, it is as simple as adding that "not" clause.

Any way to include it in the project?? :)
