AWS

  1. E2E tests in firmware build hexfile
  2. runs NordicSemiconductor/cloud-aws-firmware-ci-device-action which (because of dependencies) executes via npm exec
  3. @nordicsemiconductor/firmware-ci-runner-aws
  4. then runs NordicSemiconductor/cloud-aws-firmware-ci-feature-runner-action to verify the run result against the .feature files

Simplify runner (#115)

This removes the usage of AWS IoT jobs to orchestrate the runs of firmware CI jobs.
Instead, [GitHub Actions are used](NordicSemiconductor/asset-tracker-cloud-docs#194).

BREAKING CHANGE: this removes the CLI
