Fixes

• Added button to (usually) fix white screen timeouts after picking a character or logging in
• Fix delay button breaking SRMI configs and info boxes on GIMI
• Fix CN clients not being patched properly (hotfixed after 1.2.3 release but worth mentioning)

Due to a surprising uptick in users experiencing white screens and timeouts after picking a character, added a button to swap resource loading from zip to folder. This lightens resource loading, especially on lower end systems.

You can find the new button at the very bottom of the options menu.

Updated Apr. 26th: Added functionality to the "Delete webCaches folder" button so that it now asks if you want to delete login cache instead.
Login cache clearing now also works for CN and HSR entries.
