Currently only adds English support.

For Release, the Language folder must be included next to the .dll

@DestroyedClone Hey, finally got around to working on this. Sorry for the delay, and thanks for the contribution. I have implemented this, albeit slightly differently on the cum2 branch. I am running into an issue where the tokens are not being added to the game though, so it's not ready for release yet.

Replaced MMHook reference to latest
Adjusted FallDamage to name of attacker for simplicity
Updated FriendlyFireDeath token to include damage
Replaced planet sprite death icon with Frailty artifact icon
Updated FriendlyFire tokens to include "Friendly Fire"
…he attacker wasn't a player

Attacker name now includes the player name if they were a player
Reduces text for GameOver Killed By's due to truncation
Added conditions for death by Void Fog to play
Updated color of death by VoidFog from brown to purple

To replicate these conditions easily:
Death (Any): Die to an enemy
Death (Crit): Die to your umbra that has Ocular Hud and Gesture of the Drowned
Death (FF): Blow yourself up with explosive attacks
Death (FF+Crit): Ditto, but with full crit.
Fall Damage: Enable Frailty, jump off the map.
Void Fog: Go to void fields, die to the fog.
Instant Kill: Kill any void enemy, and die to the death effect.

I'm going to go ahead and close this as I've integrated most of this onto my working branch with some changes on top of what else I had on the branch. I chunked a majority of the work into two commits (the first attempt with Zio, and then the second with the tokens added directly) and gave you authorship of those commits (dbf0d1f and 2f774bd). A well-deserved credit is placed in both the changelog and credits section of the README.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for your time spent on this, and version 3.0.0 would not have been possible without your help.
