v1.0.2 Wallpaper/floor pattern preview

Some pattern editor improvements:

• Horizontal flipping now no longer skips the last row
• There's now an additional preview on the top screen where the pattern is repeated four times in a square, showing how the pattern will look when used as-is on wallpaper/flooring or with flipping

Map editor improvements:

• Remember the coordinates you were at when exiting out of and reentering the map editor
• Fix a minor visual error with displaying the main menu with the wrong scroll position

Also one item had an incorrect name? And the item menu wasn't animating while you were selecting a new item to put in a slot, but it's been changed so that it does now

I forgot to make it so that you could actually change mail presents. That's been fixed now.

I consider this program to be feature complete now, so here's an initial 1.0 release! I've tested all the features myself, but let me know or open an issue if you run into any problems. Remember to back up your save file using a different tool before you play with this tool!
