Generalizing the Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC) superpixels

This repository contains the example code for results presented in Nowosad, J., Stepinski T. F. Generalizing the Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC) superpixels.

Requirements

To reproduce the following example, you need to install several R packages and download a dataset. You can find the packages' installation code in R/00-packages_installation.R and all of the steps necessary to download and prepare the data are in R/01-prepare_data.R.
