Checkbox isn't aligned with associated text on Register page

To repro:

1. Navigate to https://qa.nugettest.org/account/Register.
2. Look at the alignment of the checkbox against its associated text.
3. LOOK AT IT! LOOK AT IT! AAAGH!

Result: It's wildly out of alignment with the text to its right.
Expected: The bottom of the checkbox should match the baseline of the associated text.
