[Search-by-TFM Bug] Tags sometimes spill over into the next line when there are multiple of them

Problem description

In the search results, when there are very few tags, they appear on the same line as the downloads, last updated date and version, but spill over into the next line when there are multiple tags. This behavior should be consistent.

This is a consequence of the search results column now being narrower since the filter panel is on the left of the results rather than being above it.

Solution

Possible solution: Always show tags on the next line so that it is consistent.
