When I plus in the x40 device,every first time I open the deivce it always said "Error: An unexpected error occurred ",I enter the open command again, it is OK。What's the problem??

Firmware version: 2.3.2
FPGA version: 0.9.0 (configured from SPI flash)

bladeRF> open

then I plug it again

bladeRF> probe

Can you please share the dmesg logs? Are you in virtual machine per chance? If so, please ensure to enable XHCI passthrough as opposed to emulation.
