Hello,
Is there any way to enable RX and TX streams simultaneously?
AFAIK the timestamps start counting by enabling the stream. In this way, I think the RX and TX streams have common timestamps which might be useful for most applications.

RX and TX can be enable simultaneously. All bladeRF are full duplex devices. The same functions that allow RX to be enabled, also allow TX to be enabled simultaneously be it in the API or in the bladeRF-cli.
