First official release. Contains VMC code using tensorflow for 2H, 3H, and 4He. Spin dependent calculations will come in the next release. Strong- and Weak-scales to 128 A100 GPUs, but hasn't been tested further. We expect weak scaling to continue beyond 128 GPUs.
