[Request] Configurable Title and/or Sound Notification for Broadcasts

As per the title, this would be a nice feature to have. I find often players miss broadcasts, and I only use them for important announcements as I would think the use of broadcast implies.

The ability to set a Title message on screen noting to read a broadcast in chat, and/or play a sound for notification would be very helpful.

Leaving this on low-priority, as this could very well be a good PR with an API hook. However, I think you might be able to already queue a summon entity sound command (MC) based on the execution of /broadcast... perhaps through a command builder plugin?
