These are the scripts used for the preprocessing and quality control of the BCR/TCR VDJ repertoire data for A blood atlas of COVID-19 defines hallmarks of disease severity and specificity.
Analysis scripts are specific for the scRNA-seq VDJ data show in Figure 5 and Supplementary Figure 7.
Due to the complexity of the original data storage structures, scripts are not an enclosed analysis and may not be directly applicable to public data releases.
