.zipfile from the GitHub release page. Additionally, you will need Harmony 2.2.2 by boformer in order to ensure Theme Mixer 2.5 works well. Download Harmony here: https://github.com/boformer/CitiesHarmony/releases/tag/v2.2.2-0 - Locate your AppData folder on your computer. For Windows users: Open File Explorer and enter %appdata% in the address bar. Press Enter. For Mac users: Open Finder and click on "Go" in the menu bar. Select "Go to Folder" and enter ~/Library/Application Support/.
- Navigate to the "Local" folder, followed by "Colossal Order," "Addons," and finally "Mods."
- Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file into the "Mods" folder.
- Launch the game and enjoy the enhanced theme customization options provided by Theme Mixer 2.5!
