[WIP] 10.0 mig connector prestashop catalog manager

Hello,

I start to work on porting the module connector_prestashop_catalog_manager to V10.

This PR is not ready to merge yet.

This PR depends on the PR : #58

I share my work on the module connector_prestashop with Tecnativa with the PR : Tecnativa#6

If someone works on the module connector_prestashop_catalog_manager, I can accept PR on my branch (https://github.com/akretion/connector-prestashop/tree/10.0-mig-connector_prestashop_catalog_manager-ak) to propose them directly to the OCA.

We're interested in this migration. I've been testing the module and I see the basic funcionalities fail.

Have you advanced further? Could we countinue from the point you left it? Do we make a PR to OCA or Akretion?
