Porting sale_partner_default_journal to 9.0
Adding tests and a dependency on sale_stock_picking_return_invoicing, this allows us to use the default sale journal for sale return invoices created with such module.
Odoo core has not the functionality out of the box to create invoices out_refund for sale returns, if we want to assign a automatic journal to an invoice we need it to work both in the case of invoices created from sale workflow, manual and also returns.
