[14.0] Auditlog module is not able to log changes in case of change in any filed

Hi everyone,

I am using Auditlog module in a multi company situation and made a rule to log changes for vendor price list .
its not logging the change if I am updating only Price in my vendor price list but as soon as I change Vendor product name and price it is logging both changes. I am not sure if this is module issue or a know issue or configuration issue.

Does someone have any idea , what is wrong?
