js_of_ocaml keycode.ml{,i} missing from the repository #115

Last js_of_ocaml update apparently forgot to "git add" the keycode files.

Do you really still need to bundle the js_of_ocaml sources?

Indeed, we have a branch without js_of_ocaml (we moved some of the patches to its OPAM version), that we will soon make public, when tested enough.
