Current unittests are based on sample data files for Hintereisferner only. This leads to a low code coverage and doesn't test the general tasks (i.e. finding tstar and stuff).

One easy solution for this problem would be to define a larger region like Öztal where we could test the entire workflow while working on reasonably large files which might even make it to https://github.com/OGGM/oggm-sample-data
