Here I added a new functionality to
init_present_time_glacier. With this, it is now possible to initialize a dynamic elevation-band flowline with a trapezoidal bed shape using previously binned thickness data.This is the first step for a new tutorial on how to use external thickness data together with the dynamic calibration #1655
