Sampler blocks destruction is already made in
OGRE_HLMS_TEXTURE_BASE_CLASS::~OGRE_HLMS_TEXTURE_BASE_CLASS.HlmsTerraDatablockdo it again in its dtor corrupting the blocks ref count.
