We check all domain tables to make sure the proper domains are aligned condition -> CONDITION_OCCURRENCE, drug -> DRUG_EXPOSURE, etc. It could also be valuable to check if there are any conditions, drugs, procedures, devices in the OBSERVATION table that are being routed to the wrong place.
