Summary of issues

  • Definition for admitted_from_concept_id is:

A foreign key to the predefined concept in the Visit Domain reflecting where the patient was admitted from

However searching concept table with domain_id = 'visit', return no records related to 'admitted%'

Questions - how to map admitted from to concept table?

  • Any record where domain_id = 'Visit' and standard_concept = 'S' is appropriate. here

Guidance is already given in the CDM documentation on what concept_ids are allowed in the field.
