my image is blurred in ohif but another tool show this image correctly?

I'm so sorry
i could not sovle this issue
but i downgrade "cornerstone-wado-image-loader" to "^3.3.2" in platform/viewer/package.json
this version displayed image's without this issue

This is an issue with JPEG 2000 decoders.

@sedghi has been working on a replacement to fix this issue.
cornerstonejs/cornerstoneWADOImageLoader#497

Yeah, we upgraded the codecs to fix the problem at the codecs level. Charls codecs seem to be performing worse, so we are benchmarking a fix I pushed yesterday. If that fixes the performance for Charls then we can upgrade all codecs. But for JPEG 2000 (openJpeg codec) you can just upgrade the codec version in the dependencies to the latest 1.x

Finally, I upgrade "cornerstone-wado-image-loader" to "^4.10.0" in platform/viewer/package.json
