Describe changes:

• This is a followup from Dev/nom7 v0.3 #6572 (should we create a "master ticket" to link all individual PRs?)
• Parsers updated in this PR: NFS

Notes:

• The NFS upgrade has revealed to be quite painful (there were a lot of sub-parsers and affected files), so it justifies its own PR
• Embedded tests and suricata-verify tests are ok, but it think this deserves more testing if possible
• I added a limit to parsers using the nom count combinator in 4f25d49, since this combinator preallocates data based on a value from the packet, and so can easily be used to trigger an OOM (reported to nom as Provide a count-like combinator, without preallocation rust-bakery/nom#1459)
• One CI build fails: Ubuntu 18.04 (Cocci), due to a segfault in a cocci script (see for ex https://github.com/chifflier/suricata/runs/4156727133?check_suite_focus=true). I think the error is not related to the proposed changes

Additional note: there is one tricky part in rust/src/nfs/nfs4.rs:L33-L39: I had to keep one parser using the old nom version, because it is used by SMB, and changing it would have required to patch many other locations in the code.
It will be updated when upgrading SMB.
