If you use the default theme, you can paste the files of the module :
- views/js/modules/productcomments/productcomments.js to themes/default-bootstrap/js/modules/productcomments/productcomments.js
- views/templates/front/modules/productcomments/productcomments.tpl to themes/default-bootstrap/modules/productcomments/productcomments.tpl
